Jeannine Rainbolt College of Education, College in Norman, United States.

The Jeannine Rainbolt College of Education sits in Collings Hall on the University of Oklahoma campus and offers bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in education. The facility focuses on teacher preparation, educational leadership, and psychology with emphasis on research-based teaching methods.

The school was founded in 1930 under university president William Bennett Bizzell with Ellsworth Collings as its first dean. It was renamed in 2008 following a major donation that made it the first university unit at Oklahoma to bear a woman's name.

The college trains professionals who will work in schools and educational settings across the state. Students here learn teaching methods and how to support learning for different age groups.

The college is located on the main University of Oklahoma campus in Norman and is easy to reach through campus pathways and parking. Most activities here are designed for enrolled students, though the campus itself is open for walking and exploration.

The 2008 naming after H.E. Rainbolt marked a historic moment when a major University of Oklahoma unit was named for a woman for the first time. This distinction reflected growing recognition of women's contributions to academic leadership and institutional support.
